Schwimmen und Mallorca, das ist die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Aktivität, Anmut und Beweglichkeit, Energie für Körper und Geist. Bei unserem 5-tägigen Retreat im historischen Hotel & Spa Resort Aumallia in Felanitx kannst du all das erleben. Inmitten von Aprikosenhainen, Pinienwäldern und Weingütern.

Die Tage beginnen mit Achtsamkeit – Atemübungen und Meditation. Morgens und nachmittags lernst du exklusiv mit 2-3 Schwimmlehrerinnen im Pool und im Meer Schwimmtechniken, damit du mühelos und kraftsparend durchs Wasser gleiten kannst. Abends beschließen wir den Tag mit Yoga.

Zusätzlich kannst du dir eine Massage gönnen oder eine schamanische Reise. Dazu bleibt viel Me Time, um zu chillen, zu lesen oder die wunderbare Landschaft, um die Finca zu entdecken, oder einen Trip nach Felanitx einzuschieben.

Am Ende deines Aufenthalts wirst du fließender und freier atmen können, glücklich, gestärkt und vor allem tiefenentspannt und energiegeladen nach Hause kommen und eine rundherum schöne Zeit gehabt haben. Swimming and Mallorca are the perfect combination of tranquillity and activity, grace and agility, energy for body and mind. You can experience all this during our 5-day retreat at the historic Hotel & Spa Resort Aumallia in Felanitx. Surrounded by apricot groves, pine forests and vineyards.

The days begin with mindfulness – breathing exercises and meditation. In the mornings and afternoons, you will learn swimming techniques exclusively with 2-3 swimming instructors in the pool and in the sea, so that you can glide through the water effortlessly and with minimal energy. In the evenings, we end the day with yoga.

You can also treat yourself to a massage or a shamanic journey. There is also plenty of me time to chill out, read or discover the wonderful landscape around the finca, or take a trip to Felanitx.

At the end of your stay, you will be able to breathe more freely and fluently, and you will return home happy, strengthened and, above all, deeply relaxed and full of energy, having had an all-round wonderful time.
